Your personal data are processed using conventional and/or electronic methods:

1. A) for access to Cosmoprof 2023 and for activities relating to the routine administration of the exhibition;
   B) for conducting statistical studies and market research;
   C) for the transmission of informative, promotional and commercial communications, advertising material on current and future editions of the trade fair Cosmoprof and offers for goods and services by post, Internet, telephone, e-mail, MMS, SMS from within or outside Italy (including countries outside the European Union) by companies or physical or legal entities that collaborate in the business activities of BolognaFiere S.p.A., by companies specialising in telemarketing, and by controlling companies, subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies of the BolognaFiere Group.

Submission of your personal data is voluntary. Nevertheless, failure to submit your personal data for the purposes referred to in point A will result in you being denied admission to the exhibition; failure to submit your personal data for the purposes referred to in points B) and C) will make it difficult to improve the services and may result in you not being informed of the new products and opportunities offered by BolognaFiere Cosmoprof S.p.A., by BolognaFiere Group companies or by the above-mentioned third parties. Your consent is not required with reference to the purposes described in point A) (Section 24 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003); however, your specific consent at the foot of this form is required for the purposes described in points B) and C).

Your personal data are processed using appropriate printed, electronic and/or telematic methods in strict accordance with the aforementioned purposes and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

The data controller is BolognaFiere Cosmoprof S.p.A. , headquartered in Via Cappuccini 2, Milano, Italy. The data supervisor is responsible for handling requests from the data subject in relation to the exercising of the aforementioned rights. Any request relating to personal data processed by company should therefore be addressed to the data supervisor at the registered offices of BolognaFiere Cosmoprof S.p.A or by sending an email to privacy@cosmoprof.it

You may exercise at any time the rights referred to in Section 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Personal Data Protection Code”), including the right to access your data at no charge, to obtain prompt updating or erasure of data that have been processed unlawfully, and to object to the processing of your data for commercial or advertising purposes, by writing to BolognaFiere Cosmoprof S.p.A. at privacy@cosmoprof.it
