This section allows exhibitors, stand builders and transporters to get passes for setting up and dismantling at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna.
The terminal area will be active from 20.03 to 25.03 for the set-up period, from 07.00 to 19.00. For Wednesday, 25.03, the schedule will be from 7 am to 4 am. For dismantling days, use of the Terminal area will be required on 30.03, 31.03 and 01.04, from 07.00 to 19.00.
Vehicles will be allowed to stay inside the fairgrounds for a limited period of time. This service is subject to the payment of a security deposit as explained below.

If the exit occurs within the scheduled time, the amount held on the credit card will be automatically released and will be available within 5 (five) days from the exit date.
